Attendance

  • Every academic year starts from JUNE - MARCH.
  • Attendance in the school is compulsory.
  • Prior permission should be obtained before taking any leave.
  • In case of absence due to sickness or other emergencies a leave letter must be sent to class teacher.
  • Explanation letter along with medical certificate must be sent to the class teacher in the absence of continuous leave for 3 days and more.
  • No half-a-day leave of permission will be granted to go home during school hours except in case of emergencey. A written request from the parents is necessary in such cases.
  • It is compulsory for the students to complete 86% of their attandance in the year to make them eligible to sit for their final examination.
  • Pupils suffering from infectious disease will not be permitted attend school.
  • Irregular attendance and prolonged absences will lead to the removal of names from the rolls.
  • Every first and third Saturdays will be a working days.
  • Students who are late for school i.e. after morning assembly are subjected to enter their name in the late coming register and should write report in their diary.
  • Students are responsible for making up all work missed.

 

Library

  • Students should carry the diary to the library.
  • Books read in the library are to be entered in the diary.

 

Transfer Certificate

  • Application for transfer certificate should be made in writing  by Parent / Guardian. Transfer certificate will not be issued unless all outstanding dues to the school are paid.
  • Transfer certificate will be given only to the parents or guardian.
  • In case if the parents get transferred, issued for T.C will be favourably considered provided a copy of transfer order is submitted. Application for TC must be submitted before March 31st.
  • The authorities may frame an issue from time to time disciplinary rules of permanent and temporary character, regulating the conduct of the students with in the campus and outside as far as such rules seem necessary to maintain the usefulness and reputation of the Institution.
  • Students have to abide with these rules.
